Hammer of the Earth #3: The Proposition

Still imprisoned, Moonie and Big Daddy Thaddy make the difficult decision on whether to break out or await the mayor's judgment. Ultimately, they are given a proposition to pass along to the Navigator -- one that, if accepted, would require a heavy sacrifice. After a harrowing hike back to the train they call home, the Outriders rally their fellow rail riders and prepare for possible war.
